Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. Personal data in the Service are processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152‑FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection.

1.2. This Policy applies to all personal data that the User provides when using the Service, including via the website https://otvech.ai and the personal account at https://app.otvech.ai, as well as to technical information automatically collected when using the Service.

2. Collection, processing and protection of personal data

2.1. When registering for and using the Service, sole proprietor A.A. Morozov may process the following categories of the User’s personal data: surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable), email address, phone number, billing details, as well as other data voluntarily provided by the User (including information about shops on marketplaces and contact details of responsible persons).

2.2. During operation of the Service, the following technical data may be collected automatically: IP address, cookie data, information about the browser and operating system, technical characteristics of the device, data about visited pages and actions in the Service interface, as well as other technical information necessary for the proper functioning of the Service and for improving service quality.

2.3. Personal data are processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent given when registering in the Service and/or when actually using the Service, and also in cases where such processing is necessary to perform a contract with the User or to fulfil obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.4. Sole proprietor A.A. Morozov takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data.

2.5. By providing their personal data when registering and using the Service, the User confirms that they have read the terms of this Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data to the extent and for the purposes provided for by this Policy and the User Agreement.

2.6. The Service website and the Personal Account may use cookies and other technologies for collecting technical information (including web analytics services such as Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics and similar services) to analyse use of the Service, improve operational stability and enhance the user experience.

2.7. The User may restrict or disable the use of cookies in their browser settings. In this case, some of the Service’s functionality may be unavailable or may not work correctly.

2.8. Sole proprietor A.A. Morozov guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data received and their use strictly for the stated purposes. Personal data may be transferred to third parties only in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and to the extent necessary to perform a contract with the User (for example, when using payment and service providers that ensure operation of the Service).

3. Limitation of liability

3.1. This Policy applies solely to the Otvech.ai “Otvechai!” Service and related web resources managed by sole proprietor A.A. Morozov. When following links to third‑party websites (including partner websites), as well as when navigating from third‑party websites to the Service, personal data are processed in accordance with the privacy policies of the respective websites. Sole proprietor A.A. Morozov is not responsible for the content and privacy policies of other websites and services, even if links to them are placed in the Service.
